What data flows back and forth?
We pull all order data:

Ship to, Ship Via, Skus and product data, Etc.

We push back all shipping data and inventory information:

Ship date and time: Carrier, Tracking number, etc.

And we push: How much inventory is left after this order has shipped. (This allows you to only sell what you have in-stock.)
What about Merchant Fulfilled Amazon orders?
